Lemon + Ginger is a sustainable kitchen tool,
that efficiently allows the user to press lemon and grate ginger directly into a glass thanks to its functional form.
Lemon+Ginger is part of the collection “for(e)cast”, in collaboration with Lund University of Industrial Design. Exhibited at Stockholm design week 2019 and at Form design center, Malmö.
Starting the day with a lemon and ginger juice can prevent sickness and boost the immune system! Lemon + Ginger motivates people to make their own juice rather than buying it in the store.
Simply place Lemon + Ginger on top of a glass and start grating ginger and squeeze lemon directly into the glass, and your juice is ready!

Lemon + Ginger is made in one piece through aluminium casting, with the help of Rosengrens Metallgjuteri AB.
