The thesis brief was brought to us by the Italian kitchen company Schiffini and the aim was to expand their market and develop a kitchen for the outdoors.
Mae creates a harmonious and beautiful exterior environment through its natural materials and herb garden that are balanced perfectly with the use of high technology.
This kitchen is the bridge between the city and nature, located on the terrace; a private space for relaxing and well-being.
Mae is divided into 3 areas: the Natural area with the hydroponic herb garden, the Storage area with hanged storage, the back storage and the drawers, and finally the Technological area with the copper lights and tablet stand so that the user can use their tablet to look up recipes while cooking.
